The ability to plan and lead worksops and/or special projects in the areas of special education evaluation, multicultural/diverse learners, and using data to drive eduational decisions; Effective problem solving and decision-making skills to deliver technical assistance to administrators and other school personnel in the areas noted in the first item; The ability to communicate clearly and effectively to school personnel and parents/caregivers through email, phone, and presentation venues. |
